Verdant is worked with Prellwitz Chilinski Associates to produce the master plan and landscape design for these three buildings as part of a multi-parcel development in Dorchester, MA. The project resides on the southwest side of the ever-bustling South Bay development. The design team has worked closely with Boston’s local city officials to design a neighborhood that is mindful to both the current and soon-to-be residents and pedestrians. Special consideration has been given to ensure accessible design for all and the implementation of streetscape improvements following Boston’s Complete Streets guidelines, including pedestrian and bicycle-friendly connections throughout the site.
