Verdant Landscape Architecture worked with Toll Brothers and The Architectural Team to design the landscape for this 300-unit residential development in Saugus. With vigorous collaboration, the design of the landscape enforces the relationship between the interior and exterior with the use of both physical connections and sight lines. The landscape itself is surrounded by the protected natural woods and ledge outcroppings. Programmatic elements include an enclosed pool area, outdoor dining areas of various sizes, flexible lawn area, bocce court, exercise stations, firepits, trail connections, dog park, and entry drop off.
