Verdant designed the landscape for this 43 unit residential development at a former shopping mall, known locally as the Underground Mall. The design proposed to retain the concrete bunker portion of the existing mall, reuse it as underground parking, and redevelop the landscape above as a multi-purposed recreational area in support of the residential use. The circular arrangement of the homes is pedestrian focused - including a central green meadow encircled by walkways for shared enjoyment.
