Verdant Landscape Architecture is working with Cruz Development and The Architectural Team to design the landscape for this mixed-use development in Nubian Square. The design for the shared residential courtyard above the garage structure includes direct connections to the Condominium lobby and plaza below, access to interior amenity spaces, backyard patios at both condo and apartment units, various common gathering and seating areas; a dining and BBQ area, a flexible-use synthetic lawn zone, and contoured intensive plant beds.
