Verdant Landscape Architecture is working with Cruz Development and The Architectural Team to design the landscape for this mixed-use development in Nubian Square. The design includes extensive additions to the public realm, including: Nubian Plaza opposite the bus station as well as physically linked to the existing library plaza, a second plaza at the apartment lobby entry to the west, and widening of the public right away along Dudley Street. The Project additional provides a residential amenity courtyard on-structure at the shared second floor level as well as an amenity roof deck at the tenth floor condo level for residents to gather. The overall design enlivens the pedestrian experience for all, including mitigation of multiple grading challenges.
