Verdant Landscape Architecture worked with Embarc and Dinosaur Capital Partners on the landscape design of this mixed use residential development located along Dorchester Avenue in South Boston.

The new six story building includes 114 residential rental units, 20 of which will be IDP rental units, and 4300 SF of commercial space.

This project is located within the PLAN: South Boston Dorchester Avenue area.

The project boasts of a generous streetscape along Dot Ave with a protected bike lane, a public park on B Street, and a shared street on West Sixth Street. The public park includes a warm framework of perforated corten screens illuminated from behind in the evening, artful pebble seating, and integrated benches on the seatwalls that form the plant bed edging.
