Verdant Landscape Architecture is working with Comprehensive Land Holdings and Embarc Studio to design this residential development in Milton, Massachusetts.

The existing high water table require large areas of the site to be elevated in order to accommodate stormwater storage. Despite the re-grading, our team is working to both preserve and propose additional tree plantings as buffers to the neighbors.

The project provides multiple outdoor amenities including a play area, dog walk, gardens, common outdoor gathering area, private patios, and a flexible lawn area. An accessible route is also incorporated to connect to Canton Avenue despite the challenging slopes.
