Verdant Landscape Architecture is working with Comprehensive Land Holdings and Embarc Studio to design this 40B residential development in Milton, Massachusetts.

The design emphasizes the preservation of an historic garden by Ellen Biddle Shipman as a centerpiece of the site. Meanwhile significant vegetated buffers are being both preserved and augmented to provide visual mitigation of the development to the neighbors. A total of 118 units are proposed throughout two buildings.

The project provides multiple outdoor amenities including a play area, dog walk, gardens, fire pit, outdoor dining patios, circumferential walkways, and a flexible lawn area to support residential outdoor living.
