This Belmont project will comprise of two buildings with a total of 16 units (56 bedrooms) and 26 parking spaces. Steep slopes constrain the site and require retaining walls and careful grading to accomplish accessibility. The buildings step from three to four stories across the site in order to respond to the existing site conditions.
