Verdant designed two structured courtyards as well as numerous at-grade amenities to support residential living at this apartment building located in the Distillery District of Everett.

The larger of the two courtyards is divided into four sub areas: the pool deck, a pergola deck, a BBQ + dining area, and the outdoor pub. The smaller courtyard includes a repurposed shipping container for use as a conference room and multiple cyber-ready workstations for outdoor offices. Also featured in this courtyard is a small lawn area which doubles as an outdoor movie night spot.
