The site at 16 Amor Road reflects a transition between Milton’s traditional single-family suburbs, the increasingly dense and mixed-use suburban corridor along Blue Hill Avenue, and the urban edge of Boston. The project proposes 4 single-family detached rental homes along Amor Road to mirror the predominant single-family neighborhood, and two buildings containing 12 townhomes accessed from Amor Road. The project maintains a two-story height across all of the units. With large floor plans and a diverse mix of bedroom counts (2-4 bedrooms), the proposed homes offer niche rental options with many of the amenities and benefits of single-family living. Each home will have private outdoor space, and each of the four detached homes will have an enclosed garage space. A total of 30 parking spaces will be provided.
