The site at 16 Amor Road reflects a transition between Milton’s traditional single-family suburbs, the increasingly dense and mixed-use suburban corridor along Blue Hill Avenue, and the urban edge of Boston. The project proposes 4 single-family detached rental homes along Amor Road to mirror the predominant single-family neighborhood, and two buildings containing 12 townhomes accessed from Amor Road. Each home will have private outdoor space, and each of the four detached homes will have an enclosed garage space. A total of 30 parking spaces will be provided.
