Verdant Landscape Architecture is working with the Boston branch of Spignolo Gisness & Associates to design a landscape for a new office/lab development in Watertown. The multi-building complex includes accessible public pedestrian connections and easements throughout the entirety of the site, an interactive joint entry court and cafe plaza, an amenity firelane for outdoor conferences and firepits, and native habitat plantings and landscape restoration at the new public park at the site’s Walnut Street entry.
