2085 Washington Street
2085 Washington Street is the third phase of Parcel 10 redevelopment in Nubian Square. The designated development team, a partnership between Madison Park Development Corporation and Trinity Financial, proposes the new construction of 4,400 gross sf of ground floor amenity space including artist work spaces in a 10-story building and a landscape plaza at the corner of Melnea Cass and Washington Street. The proposed project will advance the housing creation goals of the City’s 2030 Housing Plan.
Unique paving patterns that evoke the Nubian cultural background of some portions of the neighborhood highlight the primary patio space. Substantial investments in the the public realm include street tree plantings, a new bus stop, and a Blue Bike Station.
