Verdant Landscape Architecture worked with Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc. to prepare construction drawings for this condominium development in Wellesley. The design showcases a sunken garden courtyard, shared terrace, lower patio, and private patios. The steeply sloping site enabled the amenity areas to be secluded and buffered from Weston Road and the neighborhood to the east.
