This mixed-use development in Nubian Square, Boston includes extensive additions to the public realm, including a brand new ‘Nubian Plaza’ opposite the bus station as well as adjacent to the existing library plaza. The project also includes a second plaza at the site’s west end. Both public areas will include multiple plant beds hosting new shade trees and shrub plantings to create comfortable places to sit and enjoy the surroundings.
