Verdant LA worked with KDI Architects to design these residences in downtown Winthrop. We used naturalizing plant communities in a New Curb-cut Rain Garden on the Corner of Cottage Park Road and Somerset Avenue. Innovative and creative technologies enhance the second floor roofdeck and rooftop gardens and expand the residents’ outdoor living spaces.
