Verdant LA worked with The Architectural Team to design these senior residences near downtown Melrose. Naturalizing plant communities highlight the sunny entry to attract pollinators and birds. Second floor roofdeck and rooftop gardens expand the residents’ outdoor living spaces. A pocket park serving the residents as well as the public features reclaimed granite benches and hardy perennials.
